3、 Structural characteristics
1This set of equipment mainly includesExtraction tankComposed of defoamer, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter, air control cabinet, etc.
2The opening and closing of the slag discharge door at the bottom of the extraction tank is powered by compressed air and controlled by a two position four-way valve in the control box through a cylinder piston. It is easy to operate and has a self-locking structure to prevent gas source failure.
3The slag discharge door of the extraction tank is equipped with flower plates and stainless steel mesh mats, which achieve ideal separation of the slag liquid.
4Due to the use of stainless steel in the parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials, it has good corrosion resistance, durability, and is equipped with an automatic cleaning system, which meets GMP requirements.
4、 Working principle
The working principle of the extraction tank is a simple boiling process. Chinese herbs are soaked in water and heated with steam (thermal oil) for a certain period of time to extract the effective ingredients. The length of boiling time is determined by the properties of different materials. The feeding amount cannot be uniformly regulated due to the shape of Chinese herbs and the difficulty of extracting effective ingredients. It is recommended that the feeding amount should not exceed two-thirds of the equipment capacity. When extracting aromatic oils, the secondary steam is condensed and cooled, and the oil-water enters the oil-water separator. Light oil is discharged from the upper part of the separator, heavy oil is discharged from the lower part, and water is discharged or refluxed through overflow to obtain the extraction liquid (or boiling liquid), which is then sent to the concentration process.
